The proposal of Sinicization,contemporarity and popularization on Marxism aims to deal with the current situation of international and domestic complex challenges,meets the inherent requirement of Marxism theory,keeps the party's progressiveness as well as enhances the party's ruling ability.Moreover,the proposal has a very significant and profound historical background.
