摘要
构建学校多元一体文化课程体系,既体现了我国不同民族群体或个体谋求生存和发展的文化诉求,也是我国民族地区教育发展的适切性需求。贵州仡佬族地区多元一体文化课程体系的构建,须立足其多元和单元交互存在的文化生态系统,强调地区文化或民族文化传统在教育领域中的话语权力。在课程开发与管理上,加强民族地区统整课程和校本课程开发的力度;在课程内容选择与组织上,进一步强化具有地区和民族文化特性的课程资源的开发与利用。
Constructing a polyvalent integrated cultural curriculum not only shows the cultural appeal to survival and growth of various ethnic groups and individuals in our country, but the urgent need for the education development in the minority regions og our country. The construction of the polyvalent integrated cultural curriculum of Gelao regions in Guizhou should be based on the intersected culture ecology between polyvalence and monovalence, stressing the discourse power of regional tradition and national cultural tradition in the filed of education. As to the exploitation and management of curriculum, importance should be attached to the exploitation of national region-based integrated curriculum and school- based curriculum; and as to the course content and organization, further efforts should be made to strengthen the exploitation and application of course resources with regional and national cultural peculiarities;
