回乡民工外出就业的影响因素分析——基于对安徽的实证研究

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Returned Migrant Workers to Go out for Employment——Based on the Empirical Research of Anhui

近年来,随着国际金融危机的影响、国内沿海产业向内地转移,我国的农村外出劳动力出现了一定程度的回流。这种回流是长期的还是短期的?是哪些因素影响了他们选择回乡就业或创业还是继续外出就业?通过调查,发现家庭和经济因素是影响农民工继续外出决策的主要因素。外出收入、婚姻状况、外出给家庭带来变化对农民工的外出决策有着显著影响。此外,年龄、外出打工时间长短和对外出生活的满意度也在显著地影响着他们的外出决策。

In recent years,with the influence of the international financial crisis and China′s coastal industries moving to inland,there are some degree of backflow for China′s rural labor force outside.Is this a long-term or short-term return？ Which factors influence them to choose home employment or outside？ Through the investigation,it is found that family factors and economic factors are the main reason for them to make decision.Income,marital status,and family changes of going out for migrant workers have significant influence on their decision.In addition,age,time of going out and life satisfaction also significantly influence their decision to go out.
