草原生态补偿作为一种应对经济高速发展中存在的草原资源耗竭和草原生态破坏的经济手段,对平衡和协调经济快速发展与草原生态保护之间的矛盾发挥着极其重要的作用。在实现我国经济社会可持续发展的背景下,探讨我国草原生态补偿立法的必要性和可行性,更具十分重要的意义。
Grassland compensation as a response to rapid economic development in the presence of prairie grassland resource depletion and ecological destruction of the economic means to balance and coordinate the rapid economic development and the conflict between the grassland ecological protection plays a vital role.
