地方高校公共事业管理专业面临的困境与出路——一种基于“社区共建”视角的思考

公共事业管理专业从国外的引入到膨胀式发展,再到目前的生存困境,并不能否定它的价值与必要性。但是,一些诸如专业定位、方向设置、课程与实践体系安排的问题依然困扰着公管专业的发展。试通过个案分析,对地方高校公管专业的现状进行反思,提出通过对专业进行重新定位、开设社区管理方向,进行社区共建的实践教学,培育专业新的生长点,并对社区共建的形式及组织安排等方面提出了一些有益的建议,为破解目前的困局积极寻找出路。

Since the public service administration was introduced into China from abroad, it has gone through the swelling development . We cannot deny the value and the necessity of the major although it has been challenged by some problems , such as the position and development direction of the major , the course and practical arrangement , etc. Based on the reflec- tions on the traditional practical teaching and case study, the major should be re - positioned . Some proposals on the connota- tions of community - based practical teaching mode and its organizations and arrangements are put forward in this paper.
