Study on the economic limit of heavy oil production with cyclic steam stimulation

以高升油田为例,通过研究近几年单井效益评价结果,采用统计分析方法,确定出区块经济极限日产油;运用盈亏平衡方法,计算在不同原油售价下,措施投入与增油量关系、稠油区块蒸汽吞吐开发的经济极限油汽比,并编制各种经济极限指标模板。各项经济极限指标对实现油井精细管理、措施优选及吞吐井优化注汽具有重要意义。

Taken Gaosheng Oilfield as an example, the economic limit of daily oil production was determined by evaluation results of single - well efficiency for recent years and using the statistical analysis methods. The relationship between investment of stimulation treatment and incremental oil production, as well as the economic limit of gas oil ratio （GOR） during heavy oil with cyclic steam simulation, were calculated by breakeven method under different crude prices. And various economic limit＇ s templates were established. For oil - well fine management, optimizing reservoir stimulation and operation parameters, the economic limits for various indexs are significant.
