有杆抽油泵充满程度计算研究 被引量:4

摘要 目前计算泵充满系数的方法普遍只考虑气体对泵的影响,对于因供液不足或粘度较高而造成泵充不满的油井,得到的泵效较实际值有较大偏差。综合考虑原油性质、泵的结构以及抽汲参数对泵充满程度的影响,推导出计算泵充满程度的修正方法。采用该修正法和常用法分别对现场17口井进行计算对比,表明该方法比常用方法得到的泵充满程度要低,泵效与实际值的偏差较常用法降低9.3%,其中沉没度小于100m的10口油井(其中4口井粘度大于200mPa·s)偏差值降低了11.2%,而沉没度大于200m的4口井偏差值降低了2.5%,表明该方法计算的结果合理可靠,尤其适用于供液不足或粘度较高而造成泵充不满的井。 Because the current method for calculating full coefficient of pump only takes the effect of gas into consideration, there is a big deviation compared with the reality pump efficiency for the oil wells of less fulled pump, which caused by fluid deficiency supply or high viscosity. By considering the nature of crude oil, pump construction and pump parameters, a amended approach was derived to calculale the pump fulling coefficient. The pump efficiency of 17 oil wells were calculated by using the amended approach and the common method, respectively. The results show that the fulling coefficient obtained by the amended approach is smaller than one calculated by the common method, and the deviation obtained by the amended approach is reduced by 9.3 % in comparition to one obtained by the common method. Among these deviation, the deviations of pump efficiency for ten oil wells, whose submergence depth is less than 100m, are reduced by 11. 2%, and the deviations of pump efficiency for four oil wells, whose submergence depth is more than 200m, are declined by 2.5%. It is demonstrated that the data calculated by the amended approach is reliable and reasonable ,especially for the oil wells of less fulled pump.
