完善我国农业补贴的若干思考

On Perfecting Agricultural Subsidies of China

农业是经济发展、社会安定、国家自立的基础。特别是对于中国这样一个农业人口占绝大多数的农业大国来说,农业发展至关重要。我国在WTO《农业协定》的框架内,对农业补贴政策进行了调整,但仍存在着诸多需要解决的问题。如何在WTO《农业协定》范围内规范和加强我国政府的农业补贴政策具有很强的现实意义。

Agriculture is the foundation of economic development, social stability and national security. The agricultural population accounts for the vast majority in China . Although China has adjusted the agricultural subsidy policy in accordance with the Agricultural Agreement of WTO , but there are still many problems to solve. It is of practical significance to study how to standardize and strengthen the government agricultural subsidies policy within the scope of Agricultural Agreement of WTO
