摘要
介绍了干法氟化铝产品生产工艺,分析了干法氟化铝生产中二氧化硅杂质的行为和形成于产品中的原因,针对原料萤石二氧化硅含量升高影响产品质量的现状,提出了合理搭配使用萤石、提高预反应的效率、调整系统温度、调整物料的停留时间、选用粗颗粒氢氧化铝生产等一系列降低产品二氧化硅含量的对策,在实施调整控制措施后产品质量的一次合格率达到了90%以上,效果明显。
This paper discussed the production process of dry method aluminum fluoride,and introduced briefly the behavior of the impurity of silica and the cause of formation in the process of dry method aluminum fluoride.According to present situation of the content of silica in the material of fluorite increasing to influence the quality of the product,in this paper we proposed a serial of countermeasures to decrease the content of silica in the product,such as the reasonable use of fluorite,the improvement efficiency of the pre-reaction,the adjustment of temperature in the system,the adjustment of the residence time of the materials,the choice of coarse particle of aluminum hydroxide.The first-time qualified rate of product reached 90% after the implementation of the control measures,and the effect was significantly obviously.
