Applications of Nitryl Chloride in Organic Synthesis

摘要 介绍硝酰氯的实验室合成方法和利用硝基苯高温氯化工艺生成的副产物,叙述了硝酰氯作为硝化剂、氯化剂、氧化剂和亲电试剂在有机合成中的应用。认为硝酰氯可以作为氯化剂、硝化剂、氧化剂使用,但因其有一定的毒性,对人体产生较大的危害,因此作为一种试剂使用的研究较少;而在工业生产中,用氯基取代芳环上的硝基这一工艺越来越被重视,而产生的硝酰氯尾气,必须及时消除才能符合环保的主题。 This paper introduced the synthetic methods of nitryl chloride in labs and by-products from high temperature of nitrobenzene chloride.The applications of nitryl chloride in organic synthesis as nitration agent,chlorinated agent,oxidant and electrophile were summarized briefly and overviewed;it was mainly used as nitration agent,chlorinated agent and oxidant.Nitryl chloride was researched as a reagent rarely because it was poisonous and harmful to human body.In industrial production,we payed attention to the technology of using chloride substitute nitro on the aromatic ring.Nitryl chloride as tail gas from the productive process must be eliminated in time to comply with environmental themes.
