摘要
企业发展存在文化差异愈来愈成为无可争议的命题。然而,东西方文化差异究竟怎样影响企业行为,则是需要更加关注和深入研究的课题。其研究价值不仅有利于探索与解读东西方文化差异,而且有利于促进企业理性选择东西方文化交融发展的路径。在探究东西方文化共性的基础上,从创新、风险、用人、学习和政治情商等五个视角进行比较,有助于明晰文化借鉴、交融的思路与对策。
The cultural difference of enterprise development is increasingly becoming a no dispute topic. However, we should pay more attention to study on how the cultural difference affect enterprise's behavior. The value of the study is not only to explore and explain the cultural difference, but also to promote enterprises to make a rational choice of blending development paths of eastern and western's culture. The paper tries to clear the ways of thinking and putting forward some countermeasures of culture reference and exchange, which compares from five perspectives: such as innovation, risk, employing learning, and political intelligence.
