摘要
结合巢湖供电公司的实际,运用过程型激励的框架构建正激励导向的农电工专业化管理模型,在此基础上,整合巢湖供电公司农电工专业化管理思路,并分析其应用效果,有利于稳定农电工队伍,实现农村电力的可持续发展。
This paper considering the characteristics of rural electricians together with their positive motivations, has constructed a model of managing rural electricians from Chaohu Power Supply Co., Ltd. by resorting to the framework of expectancy theory proposed by Vroom. The constructed model has found applications to the design of professional management programs in Chaohu Power Supply Co., Ltd. in order to stabilize rural electricians and to achieve the sustainable development of rural electricity as well.
