自主性教育是充分尊重受教育者并发挥其积极性、能动性的教育理念。在廉洁教育中,通过增强自主性来突出其主体性,不断改变其内在需求结构,使"要我廉洁"真正转变为"我要廉洁"。这就需要在知识体系整体性、情感结合及教育的个性需求等诸多方法和途径上进行创新,注意处理廉洁教育的现实关系,以期建立一套适合高校自主性廉洁教育的体制和机制。

Initiative education is a kind of education concept which fully respects the educated and brings out the initiative and motility of the educated.In honesty educatlon,the initiative should be emphasized by stressing its subjectivity and the constant change of its inner structure. the integrity of the knowledge system, the emotional combination and individual demand should be innovated. The practical relationship of honest education should be emphasized in order to establish a mechanism which meets the demand of the honesty education in universities.
