摘要
目的探讨芳香调息法缓解护生考试焦虑的作用。方法选取考试焦虑得分(TAI)大于均分2个标准差护生60名,随机分为观察组和对照组各30名。对照组不进行干预,观察组临睡前吸入芳香精油,同时仰卧调息,2次/d,15min/次。结果观察组TAI总分及情绪性维度得分显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论芳香调息法能有效改善护生考试焦虑,且主要通过改善考试焦虑中的情绪性因子缓解焦虑。
Objective To study the effectiveness of aromatic inhalation and pranayama on test anxiety in nursing students. Methods Sixty nursing students whose Test Anxiety Inventory scores were greater than two standard deviations were randomized into an observation group and a control group, with 30 students in each group. We did not intervene for the control group students' text anxiety, while for the observation group, we asked students to employ aromatic inhalation and pranayama before sleep, twice a day, and 15 min each time. Results After the intervention, the total TAI score and subscale score of emotionality in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P〈0.01 for both). Conclusion Aromatic inhalation and pranayama can effectively relieve test anxiety of nursing students, and the effect is mainly achieved by improving the emotional factor.
