摘要
试验选取400日龄海兰灰蛋鸡224只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复14只,I组为对照组,其余3组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加1、2、4g/kg金盏菊提取物分别设为试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,试验期14天,研究金盏菊提取物对蛋黄着色效果的影响。试验结果显示:蛋黄颜色自第2天起,各试验组与对照组相比逐渐加深,在试验第5天,试验组Ⅲ、Ⅳ的蛋黄颜色达到显著水平(P〈0.05),到第8天达到极显著水平(P〈0.01);其中添加金盏菊提取物剂量达到2g/kg时,蛋黄颜色极显著加深(P〈0.01)。
224 400 -day -old Hyline layers were randomly allocated to four treatments, with four replicates in each treatment and four hens in each replicate, and fed with basal diets mixed 0g/kg, lg/kg, 2g/kg, 4g/kg Calendula officinalis L. respectively. Experimental period was 14 days. The different additions were studied on the effect of egg yolk color. The result showed as follows: from the second day, yolk color of test groups increased gradually. On day 5 and 8, the difference between 2g/kg or 4g/kg addition and the control group reached to signinficant ( P 〈 0.05 ) and extremely significant ( P 〈 0.01 ) respectively, especially when addition was 2g/kg , yolk color increased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ).
