Application of Quantum PLC control system and software IFIX in auxiliary system of power plant

以Quantum PLC控制系统在河南洛阳万基电厂2×300MW机组辅机系统的应用为实例,介绍了该控制系统的硬件配置、网络结构及下位软件UnityPro和上位组态软件IFIX的具体应用情况。Quantum PLC控制系统及上位组态软件IFIX在河南洛阳万基电厂的应用结果表明,在确保系统实时性与稳定性的基础上,构建了一个稳定、可靠、合理的控制系统,有效地节约了工程造价,取得了良好的效果。

Taking the application of Quantum PLC control system in auxiliary system of 2×300 MW unit of Henan Luoyang Wanji Power Plant as example,the hardware configuration and network structure of the system and concrete application of lower level software UnityPro and upper level configuration software IFIX were analyzed.The application results of the Quantum PLC control system and the upper level configuration software IFIX in Henan Luoyang Wanji Power Plant show that based on ensuring of the system real-time and stability,a stable,reliable and rational control system had been built,the project cost was reduced effectively,and favorable results were obtained.
