入厂煤采样及在线检测一体化装置的应用

介绍了3种不同原理的灰分在线测量装置和2种不同原理的水分测量装置。在此基础上,论述了燃煤在线检测设备原理,提出了入厂煤采样及在线检测一体化设备的概念并将其应用于工程实践。一体化新设备的使用,可有效提高电厂的经济效益。

Three ash content on-line measuring devices based on different principle and two moisture measuring devices based on different principle for coal were introduced.Based on this,the theory of on-line detecting device of coal was expounded;the concept of integrated device of sampling and on-line detecting for as-received coal was put forward and realized in engineering practice.By using the new integrated device,the economical benefit of power plants can be enhanced effectively.
