摘要 用水浴法和超声法对六月霜中的有效物质进行提取,并用正交试验探讨两类方法各自的最佳提取条件,最终把两类方法的最佳提取条件进行比较。结果表明:在75℃条件下用10倍于六月霜重量的35%的丙酮,水浴提取30min,六月霜有效物质提取效果最佳,其固形物含量为18.68%,总黄酮含量为4.46%。用选出的最佳条件对不同产地六月霜的有效物质进行提取,结果表明北京六月霜中固形物含量及总黄酮含量最高。 This paper studied on the extraction of effective subtances in Artemisia anomala S. Moore by ways of water - bath and supersonic. The optimum extracting condtions of two ways were investigated by using the orthogonal design and compelled. The results showed that 75℃, 10: 1 of 35 % acetone to Artermisia anomala S. Moors weight ratio, extraction for so minutes by water - bath were optima. On this condition, the content of solid and flavonoids were 18. 68% and 4. 46 % respectively. In addition, on the optimum condition, the effective substances were extracted in Artemisia anomala S. Moors from different prodution bases and the content of solid and flvonoids reach the highest in Artemisia anomala S. Moors from Beijing.
