高职数控专业职业资格证书制度与教学改革研究

在现代教育中，不能够只抓学生对理论知识的理解和接受，更应该重视职业能力的培养，重视高职院校毕业生能否直接从事本专业相关工作。职业资格认证制度是一种国际通行的人才评价制度，职业资格证书是学生从事本职业工作的证明。本文以西安铁路职业技术学院数控专业为例，介绍将职业资格证书制度融入高职教育的改革思路、探索与实施方法。
