构建主义学习理论在高职健美操教学中的应用研究

Study of the Application of Constructivism Learning Theory in the Aerobics Teaching in Higher Vocational College

针对现阶段高职健美操教学的现状及存在的问题，本文应用构建主义学习理论对高职院校健美操教学框架体系进行了重新设计，以期建立一套适合高校健美操教学的框架体系。

On the basis the status and the problems in current vocational college aerobics teaching, this paper, by using constructivism learning theory, redesigned the framework of higher vocational college aerobics teaching, in or- der to establish a set of framework which is suitable for aerobics teaching in colleges and universities, and to improve students ability of doing physical exercises and cultivate the consciousness of their lifelong exercising.
