摘要
讨论了一种比较适合教师队伍综合素质评价的方法。通过调查问卷,构建合理的评价指标体系,依据AHP的原理与方法,通过Madab软件确定其权重,并通过实例验证了该方法用于教师综合素质评价的合理性和科学性。
In this paper, the teachers' comprehensive quality evaluation method is discussed by a more suitable way. By questionnaires and constructing reasonable evaluation index system, according to the principle and method of AHP, through Matlab software determine its weight vectors, besides several examples are given to support the rationality and scientific of the theory about the teachers'comprehensive quality evaluation.
