摘要
基于减醇和免醇润版液,分析了醇类添加对润版液性能的影响。针对配制的7种润版液进行了电导率、pH值、表面张力、乳化能力等特性参数的测量;并对配制溶液随温度变化和时间挥发的情况进行了分析。结果显示:相对于乙醇,异丙醇量的变化会引起表面张力和pH值更大的变化趋势;醇类物质决定了润版液表面张力随时间和温度变化的稳定性,乙醇抵抗表面张力随时间和温度变化的能力强于异丙醇;印品油墨的干燥时间与醇类没有直接关系。实验的结果表明,添加乙醇的润版液在印刷过程中的稳定性更好,但添加异丙醇的润版液会带来更加鲜艳的印刷色彩;润版液原液的类型是决定油墨干燥时间的因素之一;免醇类润版液的性能接近添加异丙醇的减醇润版液。
The dampening,printing capabilities and stability of fountain solution were analyzed in the paper when the ethyl or isopropyl alcohol was as an additive,including the comparison between two styles of fountain solution alcohol-free and alcohol-reducing.Seven kinds of solution samples were measured in the aspects of surface tension,conductivity,pH value,volatility and emulsification,and the different impacts on fountain solution from ethyl and isopropyl alcohol were addressed.The variation of isopropyl concentration caused larger variation of pH value and surface tension than that of ethyl.Alcohol-free fountain solution was with the similar capability on surface tension as that alcohol-reducing with isopropyl.The volatility of isopropyl and ethyl determined the stability of fountain solution along time and with the change of temperature,but ethyl more robust against the variations.The experiments addressed that ethyl could take higher stability for fountain solution than isopropyl,but isopropyl trended to be with more saturated printed colors.Condensed fountain solution was one of the deterministic factors for the dry hour of ink print.The capability of alcohol-free fountain solution was close to that of alcohol-reducing one with isopropyl.
