摘要
探讨了网级路面养护维修管理系统设计过程中的标准化和灵活性问题。在现行路面养护维修管理活动的基础上 ,归纳出了标准化的系统结构 ,进而描述了标准化的数据项和灵活性的数据需求 ;基于确定型的预估模型 ,提出了系统模型、参数、决策标准以及系统输出等方面关于标准化和灵活性的处理方法。根据这些系统设计方法 ,给出了上海市公路路网路面养护维修管理的系统原型应用实例。
The tradeoff between standardization and flexibility in system design for pavement maintenance and rehabilitation (M&R) management at network level is discussed.A standardized system structure for practical pavement M&R management is summarized,and the standardized data items and flexible data requirements are described.The standardization and flexibility of models,parameters,and criteria,as well as the system outputs,are described based on deterministic prediction models.A prototype system that was developed considering these tradeoffs for highway pavement network of Shanghai is presented.
