复方甘草酸苷对佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清中IL-4、IL-10和IL-17表达水平的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过检测佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清IL-4、IL-10和IL-17水平,来探讨复方甘草酸苷注射液对佐剂性关节炎的治疗作用。方法:将Wistar雌性大鼠随机分成正常组(组)、模型组(组)和治疗组(组),各15只。给组与组大鼠足跖部注射完全弗氏佐剂建立关节炎模型,组给予同剂量生理盐水。在建立模型后,组腹腔注射复方甘草酸苷干预,组和组给予同剂量等疗程生理盐水。用酶联免疫法对大鼠血清中IL-4、IL-10及IL-17水平进行检测。结果:组IL-4、IL-10水平明显高于组(P<0.05),IL-17水平明显低于组(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷注射液可降低血清中IL-17的表达水平,升高IL-4、IL-10的表达水平,对佐剂性关节炎有一定的治疗作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection on adjuvant arthritis rats by detecting the levels of serum IL-4, IL-10 and IL-17. Methods:All 45 Wistar male rats were divided into three groups: control group (Group Ⅰ), model group(Group Ⅱ) and treatment group(Group Ⅲ), with 15 in each group. Groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ given complete Freund's adjuvant in the rat paw to establish adjuvant arthritis model. Group Ⅰ was given the same dose of normal saline. After model was established, Group III was given the injection of Compound Glycyrrhizin by intraperitoneal. Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ were given the same dose therapy with physiological saline. The levels of serum IL--4, IL-10 and IL--17 were detected by using en- zyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The levels of IL--4 and IL-10 in Group III were significantly higher than those in Group Ⅱ (P 〈 0.05 ), and the IL--17 level was significantly lower than those in Group II (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection can decrease the serum level of IL--17 expression and increase IL--4 and IL--10 expression levels, showing its treatment effect on adjuvant arthritis.
