摘要
目的:研究西藏灵菇酸奶化学成分,为其保健作用提供科学依据。方法:采用纸色谱、试管试验法和薄层色谱法检测西藏灵菇酸奶化学成分。结果:检测出西藏灵菇酸奶中含有氨基酸、蛋白质、多糖、皂苷等化学成分。结论:西藏灵菇酸奶是一种健康饮品,长期服用具有提高机体免疫力,延缓衰老作用。
Objective:To provide scientific basis for its health care function by studying the chemical compo- nents of Tibet Linggu Fungus yogurt. Methods:The chemical components of Tibet Linggu Fungus yogurt were determined by using the methods of paper chromatography and test tube testing method and the thin layer chro- matography (TLC). RUsing paper chromatography and tube test method and thin layer chromatography (TLC) detection Tibetan spiritual mushroom yogurt chemical composition. Results: showed that contained in Tibetan spiritual mushroom yogurt amino acids, protein, polysaccharide, saponins, long--term chemical ele- ments can improve the body immunity, drinking delay aging, is a health drink.
