摘要
通过资本市场引进境外战略投资者,是我国外资并购的一种重要方式。资本输出理论、引进外资理论和企业并购理论三大理论从不同的角度体现出对我国通过资本市场引进战略投资者的适用性,为科学分析我国资本市场引进境外战略投资者奠定了坚实的理论基础。
It is an important way for China＇ s foreign merger and acquisition to introduce international strategic investors through Chinese capital market. Three Theories. Theory of Capital Output,Theory of Foreign Investment Input and Theory of Companies＇ Merger and Acquisition, from different points, prove their practical values for China to introduce international strategic investors through Chinese capital market. They also found the solid theoretical basis to analyze scientifically the ways of introducing international strategic investors through Chinese capital market.
