摘要
高师改革,迫在眉睫。随着中小学音乐课程改革的步伐加快,高师作为基础音乐教师的摇篮,出现培养滞后的局面。许多高师院校基本沿袭传统的培养方式,音乐教师的教学观念、方法与教学内容都与基础音乐教育相距很远,导致一些学生从观念和行动上出现定位偏差。因此,从课程的时间、内容,培养的目标、特色,考核的方式等多方面分析高师培养的不足,寻求与基础音乐教育紧密结合的高师音乐培养优化方案,为高校音乐教育开拓出新的路径,尤为重要。
The transformation of normal universities is urgent. As the development of Junior and primary course development,normal university is the cradle of elementary music teachers,which still fails behind. Many normal universities follow the tradition cultivation ways. Teachers' teaching concept, methods and content have a long distance with elementary, music education, which caused the aberration in conception and action. Therefore, from analyzing many factors in the course time, content, goal, characteristics and ways of evaluation, it is important to seek the combination between the elementary and normal university music education and explore the new way of normal university music education.
