福建省小学生人格特点现状调查研究

Personality Characteristics of Primary School Pupils in Fujian Province Current Situation Investigation and Study

采用CPQ人格问卷,以海西前沿的福建省小学生的人格发展情况为样本群体,对福建各地小学生的人格特点进行现状调查和特点分析,为更好地培养小学生的人格特征提供参考依据。分析结果显示,学生总体人格发展状况是良好的,但与女生相比,男生的情感更易冲动,更具独力、自信、热情、精明强干等特点;乡镇学生与城市学生比较,表现出更内向,更不善于交际的特点。需要营造良好的环境,帮助学生克服心理不良倾向,养成健康价格。

In order to provide reference frame for developing pupils＇ personality characteristics well, we did a research about the personality development of the pupils in Fujian province which is leading the Economic Zone on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Straits. We did present status investigation and characteristic analysis of the pupils＇ personality around the Fujian province by using CPQ questionnaire. Results show the present state of personality development of the pupils is optimistic. Compared with the girls, the emotions of the boys shows more impulsive, more independent, more confident, more passionate, and more intelligent and capable And the rural students showed more diffident and less competence of communication than the urban students.
