在煤矿井下生产过程中,为了保证通风系统的稳定,保证风流按规定路线流动,就必须在某些巷道中设置风门,对风流进行控制。为了防止井下两道风门同时打开,造成风流短路,就必须设置风门联锁装置。义安矿根据现场实际,对井下的风门连锁装置进行了改进,并研制出了套筒式风门联锁装置。现场应用表明,该项装置在防止风门同时开启上,具有很好的效果。
