摘要
曹庄煤矿8503工作面为高档普采工作面,回采期间跨-120m大巷,其特点为岩柱小,工作面矿压显现明显,大巷为老化的砌碹三心拱型巷道,支护强度差,受力不均,为防止工作面因推采矿压显现造成大巷垮塌,工作面陷落,进行大巷防冒顶支护设计,设计本着节约,高效,高承载力的原则,采用可回收复用材料进行巷道支护。
The 8503 high - grade conventional mining work face is mined by going up over crossing the - 120m big lane in Caozhuang coal mine, it has many distinct characteristics, such as the small coal pillar, the appearance of mine pressure, the aging three - centered circular arch tunnel, the low support intensity. To avoid the collapse of roadway, the support design of preventing roof fall is finished based on the high production and high efficiency, the principle of heavy load anchor bar, and the roadway support with the recycled materials.
