支气管封堵导管与双腔支气管导管单肺通气效果的研究

目的:对比观察国产支气管封堵导管与双腔支气管导管在单肺通气应用的效果。方法:观察并记录气管插管时间、插管尝试次数、定位时间、术中导管移位次数、术中肺塌陷程度,生命体征改变。结果:两组间相比插管时间A组比B组长,插管尝试次数、插管时间、术中导管移位次数B组比A组多。结论:国产支气管封堵导管双肺阻断效果明确、定位简单快捷、生理干扰小。

Objective：To compare the Nantong Angel bronchial blocking catheter with double-lumen endobronehial tube in the application of the effect of one-lung ventilation. Methods：0bserve and record the time of traeheal intubation, intubation attempts, positioning time, number of catheter displacement surgery, surgery of lung collapse, changes in vital signs.Results： Intubation time between the two groups compared to the leader in group A than B, intabation attempts, intubation time, number of catheter displacement surgery group than in group A than B.Conclusion ：Nantong Angel blocking effect of bronchial blocking catheter lungs clear, simple and quick positioning, physical interference.
