摘要
综合气象干旱指数(Ic)是《气象干旱等级》国家标准中推荐使用的一种标准指数。在计算综合气象干旱指数的过程中要进行大量的数据处理。本文利用Access数据库和C#语言编程,解决了标准化降水指数、相对湿润指数等参数的自动处理,实现了综合气象干旱指数的自动批量计算,极大地提高了工作效率。
Based on access databases and the C# programming, the standardized precipitation index, relative humid index and other parameters were solved automatically to achieve bulk automatic algorithm of comprehensive meteorological drought index.
