桂西北近10a来的气象灾害特征分析

Analysis on the Meteorological Disaster Characteristics of Northwest in Guangxi in Recent 10a

通过分析桂西北河池市近10a来的气象灾害及其影响分布,并对造成桂西北严重灾害的暴雨洪涝、干旱、冰雹大风、低温冷害损失影响情况进行描述。结果表明:桂西北冰雹大风发生以系统性影响为主,多发生在春季3-4月。由暴雨引发的洪涝灾害相对过去更为频繁。影响严重的暴雨洪涝灾害主要出现在2004年、2008年和2010年,其余年份主要是区域性洪涝或局地性洪涝,每年5～8月最为集中。旱年的年数也比涝年的年数多。近10a里旱情较为严重的年份有2004年和2009～2010年。冷害主要有霜冻、冰冻和雪害。

In this paper, the meteorological disaster and its influence distribution in Hechi over recent 10a were analyzed and the loss caused by flood, drought, hail, wind and cold damage was described. It is found that the occurrence of hail in Hechi is dominated by systemic effects, and usually in the March- April. The flood caused by torrential rains is more frequent. The serious flood disaster mainly appeared in 2004, 2008 and 2010. The most of rest year is regional flood or local flood, and the flood mainly concentrated in May - August. The years of drought year are more than the years of flood year. The serious drought year is 2004 and 2009 - 2010. The cold damages include frost, frozen and snow harm.
