特发性面神经麻痹急性期针刺治疗的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of treating acute idiopathic facial paralysis by acupuncture

目的:比较特发性面神经麻痹急性期行针刺治疗对疗效及疗程的影响。方法:选择特发性面神经麻痹面神经功能为Ⅳ、Ⅴ或Ⅵ级急性期开始治疗的患者为研究对象,以急性期开始针刺治疗的为治疗组(60例),恢复期开始针刺治疗的为对照组(60例),对两组疗效和疗程进行比较。结果:治疗组在疗效和疗程上优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:特发性面神经麻痹在急性期行针刺治疗能缩短疗程,提高疗效。

Objective： To compare the acute phase of idiopathic facial paralysis on the efficacy of acupuncture lines and treatment effects. Methods： idiopathic facial paralysis of the facial nerve function Ⅳ,Ⅴor Ⅵ the beginning of the treatment of acute stage patients for the study, beginning with the acute phase of treatment for the acupuncture treatment group （60cases）, recovery began acupuncture treatment the control group （60 cases）, and treatment of two groups were compared. Results： The treatment is superior in efficacy and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Idiopathic facial palsy in the acute phase line can shorten the course of acupuncture treatment to improve efficacy.
