龙胆泻肝汤加味治疗慢性前列腺炎临床观察

Clinical observation of treating chronic prostatitis with Longdan Xiegan decoction

目的:观察龙胆泻肝汤加味治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:100例慢性前列腺炎病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组用龙胆泻肝汤加味内服外用,对照组用前列康片口服,温水坐浴治疗,2组均以20天为一个疗程,观察治疗前后两组病人的临床疗效。结果:两组总有效率比较有有显著性差异(x2=6.35,P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:龙胆泻肝汤加味治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效显著,不良反应少。

Objective： Long Dan Xie Gan Modified the clinical efficacy of the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods： 100 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 50 patients treated orally with Long Dan Xie Gan flavored external control group with the forefront of health tablet, warm water bath treatment, the two groups are 20 days for a course of treatment, observation and treatment groups before and after the patient＇s clinical efficacy. Results： There were a total effective rate was significant difference （x^2 = 6.35, P〈0.01）, the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion： Long Dan Xie Gan Modified treatment of chronic prostatitis significant adverse reactions.
