祖师麻片治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis on treating rheumatoid arthritis with Zushi Mapian

目的:探讨祖师麻片在治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法:全组56例,随机分为两组,每组28例。对照组口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片,50mg,2次/d;治疗组在对照组的基础上加服祖师麻片,3片/次,3次/d,4周为1疗程,疗程为2～6个。结果:对照组显效5例(占17.86%),有效14例(占50%),无效9例(占32.4%),总有效率67.86%。治疗组显效10例(占35.71%),有效15例(占53.57%),无效3例(占10.72%),总有效率89.28%。结论:双氯芬酸钠缓释片复合祖师麻片是治疗类风湿性关节炎的有效方法。

Objective Zushima tablets efficacy in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Way the whole group, 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups in 28 cases. The control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets, 50mg, 2 times / day; treatment group were based on the additional services Zushima tablets, 3pian /time, 3 times / day, 4 weeks for a course of treatment is 2 - 6. Results In the control group that were 5 cases （17.86%）, effective in 14 cases （50%）, 9 cases （32.4%）, total efficiency 67.86%. Treatment group 10 cases （35.71%）, effective in 15 cases （53.57%）, 3 cases （10.72%）, total efficiency 89.28%. Conclusion-release tablets of diclofenac sodium compound Zushima film is an effective way to treat rheumatoid arthritis.
