宫腔镜配合化瘀通管方治疗宫外孕后输卵管阻塞临床观察

The clinical observation of hysteroscopy combine with traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of tubal occlusion after ectopic pregnancy

目的观察中药化瘀通管方配合宫腔镜对宫外孕后输卵管阻塞的作用。方法将97例宫外孕后输卵管阻塞患者随机分为两组,观察组用宫腔镜配合化瘀通管方,对照组用宫腔镜治疗,治疗周期3个月。结果观察组重复性宫外孕占6.4%,宫内妊娠率58.1%。观察组输卵管阻塞、重复性宫外孕明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜配合中药化瘀通管方有明确的疏通输卵管、改善输卵管功能的作用,并可提高宫内妊娠率。

Objective To observe the effects of hysteroscopy combine with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tubal occlusion after ectopic pregnancy.Method 97 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy after tubal occlusion were divided into two groups,the observation group adopted the method of hysteroscopy combine with traditional Chinese medicine,the control group adopted the method of hysteroscopy,the treatment cycle is 3 months.Results The repeatability ectopic pregnancy rate of the observation group is 6.4%,the intrauterine pregnancy rate is 58.1%.There were significantly differents between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The method of hysteroscopy combine with traditional chinese medicine can improve the function of the fallopian tubes and increase the pregnancy rate.
