摘要 催化转化器可以有效地减少汽车有害物的排放 ,在汽车上得到广泛的应用。目前 ,我国对汽车催化转化器的结构设计仅停留在经验设计的水平上 ,满足不了愈来愈严格的汽车排放法规对催化转化器性能要求。为此研究了催化转化器的各种形状结构因素对其性能的影响 ,并在此基础上提出了催化转化器的优化设计准则 ,探讨了计算流体力学在催化转化器结构设计中的应用前景。 Catalyst convertor may effectively reduce harmful exhaust emission, which is broadly used on motor vehicle. Currently, constructional design of the catalyst convertor stoppes at the level of empirical design that it cannot meet the property requirement of more and more strict motor vehicle exhaust emission regulation. Consequently, effect of various construction shape factors of the catalyst convertor upon its property is researched and optimum design criterion of it is put forward on this basis. Besides, prospect of application of computing fluid mechanics in construction design of catalyst convertor is discussed.
