板材多点成形数值模拟技术的研究

Research of Value Simulate Technique of the Sheet Material Multi-point Formation

利用动态显式有限元方法对影响多点成形模拟精度及计算效率的关键数值参量及算法进行了模拟研究。通过对比分析 ,确定了适当的单元模型、材料模型、工具运动的模拟速度以及回弹分析算法等 ,为多点成形过程的数值模拟分析奠定了基础。

Simulating research work has been carried out by means of dynamically displayed finite element method for the critical value parameter and algorith,which effect simulating precision of multi-point formation and calculating efficiency.Adequate element model,material model,simulating speed of tool motion and rebound analysis calculation etc. are determined by comparison and analysis to lay the basis for value simulating analysis of multi-point formation procedure.
