优质护理服务在慢性病防治院门诊中的应用评价

Application evaluation of high-quality nursing service in outpatient department of the hospital of of chronic disease control and prevention

目的探讨优质护理服务在慢性病防治院门诊中的应用。方法选取门诊就诊的采用优质护理服务实施后的228例患者作为实验组,门诊优质护理服务实施前的患者219例作为对照组。采用问卷调查的形式,观察比较患者对门诊护理服务满意度。结果实验组的各项满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.01),患者的总满意度97.76%也高于对照组的91.56%(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务能够提高门诊护理工作服务质量,提高患者的满意度和认可度,从而使医院在竞争中处于有利的地位。

Objective To discuss the application of high-quality nursing service in outpatient department of the hospital of chronic disease control and prevention.Methods 228 patients in our outpatient department who were treated with high-quality nursing service were retrospectively analyzed,219 patients who were treated before high-quality nursing service implied were retrospectively analyzed.surveyed data was analyzed and compared.Results In comparison with the control group,every satisfaction score in surveyed data of the experimental group were significantly higher（P〈0.01）.The rate of patients satisfaction of the experimental group 97.76% was higher than the the control group 91.56%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion High-quality nursing service management can improve service quality of outpatient care managemen,increase patients＇satisfaction and recognition,so that to improve the competitiveness of the hospital.
