摘要
随着计算机技术、磁共振硬件的发展及高场强磁共振的出现,腹部弥散成像研发出了背景抑制弥散加权成像技术、全身弥散加权成像技术,在肿瘤疗效评价、肿瘤复发监测、肝脏纤维化分级及肝脏功能评分、肝脏占位病变良恶性、转移性淋巴结与增生性淋巴结鉴别诊断中体现出无限的临床应用前景,同时也面临图像分辨力、信噪比不高,b值无统一标准及全身弥散成像时间相对长等问题。
With the development of computer technology,MRI hardware and the emergence of high-field magnetic resonance,Abdomen developed Diffusion-weighted imaging with background body signal Suppression,whole-body magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted image.It have unlimited clinical application in Evaluation of cancer treatment,monitoring of tumor recurrence,grading of liver fibrosis and scoring of liver function,identification of benign and malignant liver lesions,identification of metastasis lymph nodes and hyperplasia lymph node.Also face low image resolution and signal to noise ratio,no uniform standard of b-value,Body diffusion imaging time is relatively long.
