布地奈德和沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效观察 被引量:58

摘要 目的观察布地奈德和沙丁胺醇联合雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘的疗效。方法将84例小儿支气管哮喘患儿随机分成2组,对照组42例,常规给予抗生素、抗病毒药物、支气管扩张药物及相应对症治疗;治疗组42例,在对照组治疗的基础上加用布地奈德与硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗。用药后观察2组喘憋、咳嗽、肺部湿啰音和肺部哮鸣音等症状、体征消失时间;观察患儿在雾化吸入后是否出现不良反应。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组临床症状消失时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德混悬液和沙丁胺醇溶液联合雾化吸入具有较强的快速抗炎作用和缓解急性哮喘发作的疗效,且安全、不良反应少,临床疗效好,值得临床推广。
