执政党问责文化建设探析

On the Construction of the Ruling Party’s Accountability Culture

建国以来,中国共产党不断加强自身建设以提升执政能力,为把我国建设成为富强、民主、文明的社会主义现代化国家而努力奋斗。着眼于文明建设中的政治文明建设目标,本文就执政党问责文化建设的现状进行分析,明确问责文化建设存在的主体缺位、环境缺失、客体责任意识缺失、制度要素的缺失等主要问题,并有针对性的提出对策。

Since the founding of new China,the Communist Party of China has been strengthening its inner construction to improve the ruling ability,to build China into a prosperous,democratic,civilized and modernized socialism country.this paper attempts to explore the party’s building political civilization and to analyze the construction of ruling party＇s accountability culture,to make it clear its accountability and the main body vacancy of cultural construction,the lack of environment and object responsibility consciousness,lack of the system elements,then put forward countermeasures.
