摘要
以2-(2-氯乙基)-5-氯-6-苯基-3(2H)-哒嗪酮、卤代烃和硫脲为原料在温和的反应条件下合成了9种未见文献报道的2-(2-烃硫基乙基)-6-苯基-5-氯-3(2H)-哒嗪酮化合物,所有化合物均经IR、1H NMR、13C NMR和元素分析对其结构进行了表征。
An effective method has been developed for the preparation under mild conditions of 2-(2-chloroethyl)-5-chloro-6-phenyl-pyridazin-3(2H)-one and halohydrocarbons and thiourea starting materials.The synthesis conditions of five new derivatives 2-(2-sulfenylvinyl)-5-chloro-6-phenyl-pyridazin-3(2H)-one were optimized..All the synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra.
