"80后"辅导员的思想行为特点表现出缺乏时代跨越的"单向度"倾向,高校应该以现象学"面向事实本身"的视角去客观公正审视,以切合他们成长现实的态度,培养他们合格的职业素质。
Post -80 college advisors tend to be one dimensional in their thinking and behavior. Colleges and universities should examine the tendency with objectivity and fairness in the perspective of phenomenology and work to improve their professional qualities with an attitude that fits in with the facts of their growth.
