Investigation on Operation of State Subsidies for Poverty Stricken Students’in Independent Colleges

本文以某独立学院为样本,在大量文献研究及实地问卷调查的基础上,得出独立学院贫困生现状,并深入探讨了高校大学生对国家助学金评定过程、评定条件的认可度,也试图对国家助学金评定中存在的问题给出对策。

This article is a case study of a certain independent college. Based on literature study and questionnaire surveys, the paper examines the present situation of the poverty - stricken students in the college, probes into students＇ acceptance of the requirements for the state subsidies for povertystricken college students and the assessment process, and then attempts to provide some solutions to the existing problems in the handling of state subsidies.
