摘要
高校辅导员工作必须秉持幸福教育的理念,培养大学生感知、追求幸福的能力。为此,辅导员工作需要在工作理念上,从"以秩序、管理为中心"向"关心生活、关注幸福"的"关怀型辅导"转变;在工作形式上,实现以精神上的援助、支持为主的教育活动与援助活动的紧密结合;在工作方法上,强化交互主体性和辅导员与学生之间的有效沟通。
College advisors must hold to the notion of happiness education in cultivating students' ability to feel and seek happiness. They need to change from order-- --centered management to care--oriented counseling in principle, combine spiritual support with actual assistance and give importance to intersuhjectivity and promote communication between the advisor and the students.
