RP-HPLC法测定复方地塞米松搽剂中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量

Determination of Content of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate in Compound Dexamethasone Liniment with RP-HPLC

目的采用RP-HPLC法测定复方地塞米松搽剂中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法采用C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇,0.34% KH2PO4缓冲液(60:40V/V),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为240nm,进样量20μl。结果本法线性范围为:6.02～60.20μg/ml,r=0.9999,标准曲线:A=30.506C-5.1409,平均回收率为100.5829%,RSD=0.9115%。结论本法简单易行,结果准确可靠,重现性好,便于监督制剂质量。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in compound dexamethasone liniment.Methods HPLC was performed on a C18 column using mixture of methanol：KH2PO4（60：40,V/V） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0ml.min.UV detectior was set at 240 nm.The sample size was 20μl.Results A good linear relationship was obtained between the concentration of dexamethasone sodium phosphate from 6.02μg/ml to 60.20μg/m1,r=0.9999,A=30.506C-5.1409,The average recovey of dexamethasone sodium phosphate was 100.5829%（RSD=0.9115%）.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,reliable and suitable for the quality monitoring.
