摘要
以神宁煤业集团25万t/a甲醇项目后评价实践为例,围绕煤化工项目后评价的重点,从后评价工作流程、方法、评价指标与标准、评价范围与主要内容、项目建设成功度等方面,对煤化工项目后评价进行了研究与设计,对开展煤化工项目后评价工作有参考价值。
In this paper, the post project evaluation practice of 250000 t/a methanol project of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group is taken as an example. Based on the focus of post project evaluation in coal chemical industry, this paper discusses the research and design of post project evaluation in coal chemical industry from the a^pects of evaluation process, method, evaluation index and standard, evaluation scope and main content, and successful degree of project construction.
