Marketing work, involved in the whole business operation of enterprises, plays a crucial role in it. Especially in 2010, under the influence of financial crisis, macroeconomic regulatory of national real estate as well as national energy conservation and emission reduction in- dex assessment, investment to coal mine has greatly reduced and invested projects has drastically slowed down, all which enables marketing management work becomes more outstanding and corresponding solutions are urgent required to be adopted to the existing problems in it. This paper discusses the existing problems in marketing of Ningxia Tiandi Northwest Coal Mine Machinery Co., Ltd..
